I guess for a petite person her belly is big but compared to a normal woman who is pregnant, she does look small. If she were to have gone full term 37/38 weeks, the last month and a half or so, she would be gaining a significant amount of weight. That's what happened with Jadon. It probably won't happen this time around because she will be delivering at 34 (perhaps). Hopefully with her being on bed rest she will gain more.
